Why We Exist

One woman’s decision
became a foundation.

She Decided Foundation was founded by Stephanie Pimentel — Founder of Lumena Global Advisory — in response to a deeply personal and widely shared experience among women in professional environments.

For years, Stephanie worked inside corporate environments — leading, advising, delivering. Like so many women she knew, she had an idea she hadn’t yet acted on. Not because she lacked the talent. But because she had never been shown the roadmap, the reassurance, or the permission to start.
